We usually reply within two working days. There is no contact form on purpose: a plain email keeps a thread in one place, works even if this site is temporarily down, and does not require us to store anything about you.

We do not give personal financial, tax or investment advice, and we cannot tell you what to do with your own money — that boundary is explained on the financial disclaimer. Questions like "which fund should I buy" or "is now a good time" will go unanswered, not because we are ignoring you but because answering them would be the wrong thing to do.
General questions about how something works, or a second opinion on wording you read elsewhere, are fine.
